I have two more days of Boot Camp, so this post is all about things I love around the internet. I'll be posting a more in-depth write up of my experience there, but for now, enjoy:
The one above is great! Put a post-it up for 21 days and every day you finish your desired habit rip it off! By the end of 21 days, your habit will be set. I need to do this.
